Privacy at FireIQ
FireIQ is a company operations workspace. This notice explains what the platform handles, why it is needed, and when a service provider processes information on our behalf.
Information FireIQ handles
Company accounts may include names, work contact information, job and customer records, time entries, location collected for authorized clock and dispatch workflows, inventory activity, documents, receipts, messages, photos, signatures, reminders, and content intentionally submitted to IQ.
How information is used
Information is used to provide the company's operational workflows, secure accounts, deliver requested notifications, maintain audit history, support employees, improve reliability, and comply with legitimate business and legal obligations. FireIQ does not sell personal information or use workplace data for cross-app advertising.
Company administration and oversight
The company controlling a portal determines employee access and may review operational records. Authorized administrators can review IQ conversation history for workplace oversight. Employees should use IQ and Connect as company systems and follow their employer's technology and records policies.
Service providers
FireIQ uses infrastructure and delivery providers such as Cloudflare and Expo. When someone intentionally uses IQ, submitted prompts, documents, or images may be processed by configured AI providers such as OpenAI or Anthropic. GIPHY processes GIF and sticker searches. Providers receive only the information needed to perform the requested service and are governed by applicable agreements and settings.
Storage, security, and retention
Launched customer portals use isolated operational storage. FireIQ encrypts network connections, restricts sensitive workflows by account permissions, and records important administrative activity. Records are retained according to the company's operational, payroll, safety, and legal needs. Customers may request an export or discuss a retention requirement with FireIQ support.
Website inquiries
When you ask for a demo on this website, the form collects your name, company, work email, and anything else you choose to add (a phone number, your team size, a message), along with the page you sent it from. FireIQ's team uses it to reply to you and follow up on your request. It is not sold or used for advertising. To limit abuse, FireIQ also keeps a scrambled, non-reversible record of the network address and the browser type that sent the form. To have your inquiry removed, send the request through the same form.
Choices and questions
Employees can ask their company administrator to correct account information or explain a workplace record. Companies can contact FireIQ through their existing support channel to request access, correction, export, deletion where legally available, or clarification about this notice.
